When will your order ship?

Your order will ship within 2 business days of it being received by us. Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be emailed to the email address you provided us at checkout.

Where do you ship/deliver to?

We ship only to the United States and its territories by USPS.

Can I ship to a PO Box?

We ship by USPS, so yes you can ship to a PO Box as well as to APO and FPO locations.

We cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping due to weather or acts beyond our control. 

Can I change my shipping address for an order I have placed?

If we have not yet shipped your order, we will do our best to update it for you. Email us at usa@mywalit.com so we can check if the order has or has not yet shipped.

If your order has already shipped, then unfortunately you will have to organize for the package to be returned to us so we can process a refund. 

About the Shipping Information you Provide

Please take a moment to ensure that your shipping address is a correct and valid address. If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered, Mywalit.Com.LLC cannot be responsible for replacing the product. The purchaser is also responsible for making sure that the shipping address entered is a secure address. We cannot cover the cost of lost or stolen packages, nor can we interact with USPS to locate your lost package if the tracking information says it was delivered or is en-route to the shipping address. 

If a package comes back to us as "undeliverable" or as "insufficient" or "wrong address," the purchaser will be charged for shipping the package to its proper destination (even if the order originally warranted free shipping).  Or, if the purchaser prefers, Mywalit.Com,LLC can issue a refund for that purchase, minus the initial cost of our shipping the goods to you.

Our Return Policy

If you change your mind about something you’ve ordered, you can return it to us within 30 days of receiving it for a refund. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Please be sure to include a copy of your web order receipt in the package to help us identify you.

For your protection, and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via insured USPS Priority mail and retain the receipt for your records. 

Please note that Mywalit.Com, LLC, is not responsible for return postage, the cost of insurance, or lost or undelivered items. Return postage is however refundable for faulty goods or incorrect orders.

When Can You Expect to Receive a Refund? 

Processing time for returns is usually less than 7 business days from the time the returned package is received by us.

Upon receipt of your return shipment, we will send you an email confirmation to let you know we’ve received your package and are processing your refund.

We are happy to refund the purchase price for the item(s) – plus any taxes paid, less any discounts, credits or refunds already provided in connection with the purchase. The original shipping charge, if any, cannot be refunded.

Refunds will be made to the same payment card used to place the original order. It typically takes 1-3 business days for the refund to process into your account, depending on how your bank processes the refund, and for the funds to appear in your bank account.  

Damages and Issues 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right for you.

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
