I saw an item that on the site that now I can’t find; I want an item on the site but in a different color?

On this site we only sell discontinued items that we have remaining here in the US warehouse. Once they are sold, they are gone forever! If something is no longer showing on the site then it is no longer available. Sorry!

I’ve placed my order; can I add or amend items?

If we have not yet shipped your order, we will do our best to update it for you. Email us at usa@mywalit.com so we can check if the order has or has not yet shipped.

If your order has already shipped, then unfortunately you will have to organize for the package to be returned to us so we can process a refund.

What methods of payment do you accept?

You can choose to pay for your order with a credit card or through PayPal. All online orders have to pass through our website; we are not able to accept telephone orders, bank transfers or cash/cheque on delivery.

I would like to order something from your website; can I collect it from your office?

Unfortunately, we are not currently able to offer a collection service from our Maryland office.

Do mywalit products come with a guarantee/warranty?

Yes, we pride ourselves on a high level of quality and want you to enjoy your mywalit products for years to come! If you receive any of your mywalit products damaged, please send a photo to our customer service team at usa@mywalit.com along with your order information and we’ll get in touch asap. If we ask you to return the product to us, any postage fees will be immediately refunded. You will not be charged postage for replacement items.

I have written you an email, when can I expect a reply?

Our offices are open between 9am and 5pm, (EST) Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays. We try to respond to all emails within 48 hours, but it can take longer during peak times.

I haven’t received my confirmation email for my order?

How long do I have to return an item?

Can I ship to a PO Box?

We ship by USPS, so yes you can ship to a PO Box as well as to APO and FPO locations.

If your shipment is over $50.00 in value shipping is free and it will be shipped by USPS.

If your order is under $50.00 in value shipping will be $4.95 and it will be shipped by USPS.

Regardless of value you can choose to select expedited shipping for $7.95 and your shipment will be sent by USPS Priority mail.

How do I return my order for a refund?

If you change your mind about something you’ve ordered, you can return it to us within 30 working days of receiving it for a refund.

Some general tips for taking care of your mywalit wallet or handbag are:

- Avoid storing it in direct sunlight.

- Always let leather dry naturally.

- Avoid using harsh cleaners containing solvents

My wallet/handbag is damaged, what can I do?
